My Psychotherapeutic Approach
As a psychotherapist, I deeply believe in the importance of acceptance and authentic expression. The therapeutic process is a space where you can truly be yourself, process what feels difficult, and give voice to thoughts and emotions that often remain in the shadows.
My work draws from systemic therapy, which recognizes the strength and complexity of family and social relationships; from the psychodynamic approach, which explores how early experiences and inner relationships shape the present; and from contemporary knowledge in neuropsychology and neuroscience, which shed light on how the body and mind interact in emotional regulation and somatization.
I also incorporate narrative therapy, as I believe that every person has a unique story worth being heard and re-authored. Through storytelling, symptoms can be understood as meaningful messages, and difficulties can be reframed into new perspectives that empower and open pathways for change.
My goal is to create a safe and warm space, where empathy and understanding accompany you as you discover new ways of connecting with yourself and with others.
